Questions about connecting

What exactly is an IntraGPT connector?

A connector gives an AI agent access to a clearly bounded part of a system you already use. Per connector you set which actions are allowed (read only, or write as well), which roles may use it and what data comes back. Every call lands in the connector log with the action and the outcome, never with the values themselves.

Do I have to change anything in my own software?

No. The connector works with the vendor's existing connection option and with access you grant and withdraw yourself. Nothing is installed inside the system and nothing changes about the setup you already have.

Does my data go to an AI company in the United States?

No. IntraGPT runs on your own server with open-weight models. What a connector retrieves is used to answer the question at hand and is not shipped to an external model provider for training.

Can the AI change things in our systems?

Only if you switch that on. Every connector has a mode: read only, write only or both. Set to read only, the platform refuses the write actions technically, so the model cannot even attempt them.

What does a connector cost?

Connecting is part of the project we run together, not a separate price list per system. What drives the work is the number of sources, the permissions around them and whether writing is needed as well. We work that out concretely in a thirty minute call.

My software is not listed, what now?

If the software can be connected to, we can connect it. Tell us in the call which system it is and which tasks you want to hand over, and we will look at the vendor documentation together.
