- All servers are in the TransNoc datacenter in Amsterdam. Data never leaves the Netherlands and fully complies with GDPR.
- Is IntraGPT ISO 27001 certified?
- Yes. IntraGPT is ISO 27001:2022 certified by Intercert. This covers information security, risk management and continuous improvement.
- Is my data used to train AI models?
- No. Your data is never used for model training. IntraGPT runs open-source models locally, fully isolated from external parties.
- What about the CLOUD Act?
- The CLOUD Act does not apply to IntraGPT. We are a Dutch organisation with Dutch servers. No American company is involved that could be forced to hand over data.
