Agent Mode is available in Your Assistant with one click on the toggle in the chat input. With Enterprise Agents you also build your own specialised AI workers, each with their own instructions, tools and MCP connections to systems like CRM or project software.
What an agent can do

Live web browser
Full Chromium driven by the agent. Clicks, fills in forms, handles dropdowns, scrolls, drag and drop. You see the agent’s screen live inside your chat.
Web search via Google
Search Google directly without opening the browser. Faster for fact lookups and current news, with sources cited in the answer.
Word documents
Real .docx files with headings, lists, tables, quote blocks and images. Automatically uses your organisation’s house style.
PDF documents
Print ready PDF with header, accent bar in your brand colour, date and page numbers. Perfect for quotes and reports.
Excel files
Real .xlsx with multiple sheets, headers and numeric values. Opens directly in Excel, Calc or Google Sheets.
QR codes
High resolution PNG QR codes for URLs, text, contact details or WiFi networks. Shown inline and downloadable.
Send email
Every generated file can be sent straight to an address as an attachment. No extra step needed.
MCP integrations
Enterprise Agents connect through Model Context Protocol to CRM, ERP, project software or internal databases. The agent uses those tools automatically.

The agent runs on your own organisation’s language model. Nothing goes to external AI providers.
Knowledge base off by default
An agent that browses and creates files could leak internal data unintentionally. That’s why the knowledge base is off by default in Agent Mode.
Prompt injection protection
Text on web pages is never treated as an instruction. If a page tries to manipulate the agent, it ignores it and reports it.
Files expire after 15 minutes
Download links for Word, PDF, Excel and QR codes expire automatically after fifteen minutes.

Honest about the limits
- Agent Mode is experimental. Always verify outcomes before acting on them.
- The internal knowledge base is off by default in Agent Mode.
- Browser tasks have a time limit of 5 minutes per session.
- The user sees the browser window live but does not operate it.
