Calendly can be connected to AI, as a read-only source. The assistant knows which kinds of appointments you offer and which link people use to book them, and it sees which appointments have been booked in a period, cancellations included. It does not schedule anything itself: it hands over the right booking link so the other person picks a slot that is genuinely free.

The assistant retrieves the event types that exist: the intake call, the half hour demo, the office hour. That tells it which form fits the other person's question.

Every event type has its own link. The assistant passes it on in the conversation or in the email it drafts, so the recipient picks a slot that is free.
See what has been booked
For a period it retrieves the booked appointments. Useful for the question of how full next week is, or which conversations came out of a campaign this month.
Cancellations too
Cancelled appointments are in there as well. That is precisely the difference between what was once booked and what will actually happen, and it makes following up possible.
Read only
The connector creates, moves and cancels nothing in Calendly. What changes, changes because someone clicks the link themselves.

Connect with your own Calendly account
The connector uses a key from your own account. Whoever creates the connection also determines whose appointments come into view, and can withdraw the access at any moment.

Set the permissions
You decide which roles may use the assistant for this. Booking links are harmless, but the list of booked appointments holds names and email addresses of people outside the organisation.

Tidy up the event types
The connector is only as usable as your Calendly setup. Clear names per event type help the assistant pick the right one; three variants all called meeting do not.

Use the assistant
After that a colleague asks for the right link or for an overview of what has been booked. Every retrieval is recorded in the log.
Read only, and still personal data
This connector changes nothing in your diary, but the booked appointments do hold names and contact details of people who signed up.

No write actions
The connector cannot schedule, move or cancel anything. That limits the risk to what is read, and that is a substantially smaller conversation than with a calendar connector.
Data of people outside your walls
A booked appointment holds the name, the email address and often the answers to the intake questions. Decide who may retrieve that list and what it is used for.
Traceable in the log
Every retrieval lands in the connector log with the action and the outcome, so afterwards you can see who pulled which list.
Processing on your own ground
Reading and summarising happen on your own server in the Netherlands with open-weight models. Your conversations are not used to train models.
Questions about the Calendly connector
Can I connect Calendly to ChatGPT?
You would be placing a list of names, email addresses and intake answers of people outside your organisation with a public service, without roles and without an audit log. IntraGPT works on your own account, reads only, records every retrieval and runs on your own server.
Does IntraGPT work with Calendly?
Yes. Calendly is in the connector catalogue. The assistant sees which event types you offer with their booking links, and can read back the appointments booked in a period, cancellations included.
What is the difference with a calendar connector?
Calendly is not calendar management. It exists to let other people book inside the times you have released. If you want to know when four colleagues are free at once, move an appointment or answer an invitation, that is the work of the Google Calendar or Outlook calendar connector. In practice organisations use both side by side: the calendar for internal scheduling, Calendly for the outside world.
Can the assistant book an appointment in Calendly itself?
No, and that is by design. Calendly works because the other person picks from the slots you have released. The assistant hands over the booking link of the right event type and the recipient schedules. If you want the assistant to genuinely schedule, that action belongs with the calendar connector and not here.
Can the assistant cancel or move a booked appointment?
No. This connector only reads. It can see that something was cancelled and point that out so someone can follow up, but the change itself is made by the person in Calendly or by whoever booked.
Does the assistant see who booked?
The booked appointments hold the details the booker filled in, so usually a name, an email address and the answers to the questions you ask at booking. That is exactly why it is wise to give retrieval of that list to a limited set of roles.
What does a Calendly connector cost?
Connecting it is part of the project we run together. What drives the work is the number of accounts in view, whether the booking links end up in automated replies, and which roles may see the booked appointments.
How long does setup take?
The connection itself is a short action and can be tested the same day. The time usually goes into tidying up the event types: when the names are clear, the assistant picks the right link by itself.
