The agent sees which calendars exist, reads and searches events, works out when everyone is free and schedules a meeting, with a Teams meeting attached if you want. Know which calendars exist
The agent starts by asking which calendars are available and where it may write. That stops it scheduling into a shared calendar it was only allowed to view.
Read and search events
Read a period with recurrences expanded, or search on a keyword. For a found event it retrieves the attendees, the location and the meeting link.
See when everyone is free
The agent calculates free blocks within working hours and includes the attendees' calendars. For just the busy blocks in a period there is a separate action.
Schedule with a Teams meeting
When creating an event an online meeting can be included immediately. The Teams link is then already in the invitation the attendees receive.
Move and cancel
Moving or cancelling an existing event only works with the id from an earlier call. For a series the agent first checks whether you mean one occurrence or the whole thing.
Handle invitations
Accept, decline or answer tentatively, with a comment. Handy for clearing a full inbox of invitations in one go.

Connect from the platform
An administrator connects IntraGPT to your own Microsoft 365 environment and grants consent while doing so. That consent is visible in your own environment and can be withdrawn there.

Read mode is enforced technically
With the connector set to read, scheduling, changing, cancelling and responding do not exist in the tool label and are refused by the platform as well. The model cannot work around them.
No silent invitations
Every scheduling action sends messages to attendees. The agent only does so on explicit request and summarises afterwards what went out.
Consent inside your tenant
The consent sits in your own Microsoft environment. An administrator can see it there and withdraw it there.
Model on your own server

Can the agent look into a colleague's calendar?
Only as far as the consent and the Microsoft permissions allow. For scheduling it is usually enough that it sees attendees' busy blocks; the content of their appointments is not needed for that.
What happens with a recurring appointment?
When reading, recurrences are expanded so the agent sees the real gaps in the week. When changing, it first checks whether you mean one occurrence or the whole series, and asks if that is unclear.
