Connect Asana to AI: know what is running without opening the project
Asana can be connected to AI. The assistant knows which projects are running, retrieves the tasks of a project or of a colleague, creates a task with an owner and a date attached, and can complete or move a task. Everything it creates or changes is visible to the team, so it only does that on request.

Knowing which projects are running
The assistant knows the projects inside the agreed reach. Name a project and it knows which one you mean, even when similar names exist side by side.
Retrieving the tasks of a project
Inside a project it retrieves the tasks with their owner, their deadline and whether they are finished. It can also do that per colleague, to see what is sitting on somebody's pile.
Staying targeted
It does not ask for everything in the whole workspace but bounds the question to a project, a person or a period. That keeps the answer usable and the wait short.
Creating a task with owner and date
On request it puts a task in the project you name, with a clear title, a description, the person who will pick it up and a deadline. Without an owner and a date work stalls, so it asks for both.
Completing or rescheduling
A finished task can be ticked off, and a task that will not make it can be moved or handed to somebody else. That too is a visible change and happens after an explicit instruction.

What it does and does not see
It sees the projects inside that reach and the tasks belonging to them. A project that is not included stays out of view, even if somebody asks for it.

Every consultation and every change sits in the IntraGPT log. In Asana itself a task keeps showing when it was created or adjusted.

The connector works with access you issue yourself and can withdraw again. IntraGPT holds no employee passwords.

Projects outside the reach never turn up in an answer. You keep a confidential track out simply by not including it.

Created, completed and rescheduled tasks sit in the log, with the moment and the instruction that led to it. In Asana that stays visible on the task as well.
Processing on a server of our own
The content of projects and tasks is processed on our own server in the Netherlands. That data does not go to an American model provider and is not used for training.
Questions about Asana and IntraGPT
Can I connect Asana to ChatGPT?
ChatGPT has no managed connection to your Asana environment. With IntraGPT you chat the same way, but with a connector that only reaches the agreed projects, only changes something on request and whose every action is recorded.
Does IntraGPT work with Asana?
Yes. Asana is a working integration already in use at customers. The assistant surveys projects, retrieves tasks, creates tasks with an owner and a date, and can complete or reschedule them. Which projects take part is agreed during setup.
Why does the assistant first ask which project you mean?
Because a question about every task in the whole workspace produces a pile nobody can use. Working from project to task keeps the answer short and correct. If you are not sure which project it is, it helps you find it by name.
Can the assistant create or tick off tasks itself?
Only if you switch that on, and only on an explicit request. It first shows which task it wants to create or change, in which project and for whom. If you would rather not, it looks along without ever changing anything in Asana.
Why does it insist on an owner and a deadline?
A task with nobody assigned and no date tends to stall. The assistant therefore asks for both before it records anything. If you do not know yet, you can simply have it created without a date; it will say that one is still missing.
Does it work when we use several workspaces?
Yes. Per workspace you agree which projects take part and who may use the assistant. That keeps the projects of different units apart and stops one team's task from turning up in another team's overview.
What does an Asana connector cost?
Connecting sits inside the project we run together. What drives the work is the number of projects and workspaces, whether the assistant may also create and complete tasks and which roles may use it. We make that concrete in the first conversation.
How long does setup take?
The connector itself is up quickly. The lead time sits in the choices around it: which projects take part, who may use the assistant and whether writing is allowed. Once those are made, a team can work with it the same day.
