Connecting Spotler to AI: mailing results on request and sends scheduled ahead
Spotler can be connected to AI. The assistant consults the contacts, adds one and returns the results per mailing. It can also let an existing mailing go out to a selected group of contacts, if wanted at a scheduled moment. That last part reaches real recipients and cannot be undone, so it happens only on explicit request and after confirmation.
What the assistant does in Spotler
Consult contacts
Look up whether someone is in the contact file and what is recorded about them. Useful when a recipient asks why they did or did not receive something, or when someone wants their details put right.
Add a contact
Record a new contact with a name and the characteristics you use to make selections. This is where consent counts: the assistant adds only on request and with the person's own confirmation as the basis.
Request the results per mailing
Return the statistics for a sent mailing and set them against earlier sends. That way the conversation is about the trend and not about one figure that happened to come out high or low.
Let a mailing go out or schedule it
Send an existing mailing to a selected group of contacts, immediately or at a moment you specify. This genuinely reaches recipients, so the assistant first names the mailing, the group and the moment.

Connecting through the platform
An administrator grants IntraGPT access to the Spotler account and switches the connector on. That access can be withdrawn at any moment, after which the connector stops working.

Setting permissions
You decide who may request the figures, who may add contacts and whether letting a mailing go out is allowed to be on at all. That last one is a separate choice and stays off at many organisations.

Using the assistant
After that you simply ask what you want to know: how did last week's mailing do, is this customer in the file, set this mailing ready for Monday. The answer comes from Spotler at that moment.

Every consultation and every send lands in the log, with the mailing, the group and the moment. That way a scheduled send can be traced afterwards too.
A scheduled send is still a send
A mailing set ahead feels less binding than one going out now, but it reaches real people just the same. That is why the most agreements are recorded around this part.

Who schedules, and who checks
Agree who may set a send ahead and who takes another look before the arranged moment. The assistant names the mailing, the group and the moment and waits for a confirmation before preparing anything.
A send reaches a whole group
A mailing goes to a selection of contacts, not to one person. Everyone in that selection should already have given consent; the assistant therefore makes the group visible before anything goes out.
You decide who has access
Requesting figures, adding contacts and having something sent are three separate rights. Most organisations grant the first widely and the last to a small group.
Processing on our own server
The contact and mailing data is processed on our own server in the Netherlands with open-weight models. None of it is used to train a model.
Questions about the Spotler connector
Can I connect Spotler to ChatGPT?
That would mean a public service getting access to your contact file and to the ability to have mailings go out. For an organisation that cannot be explained. IntraGPT connects Spotler inside your own environment, with rights per role, a log per action and processing on our own server.
Does IntraGPT work with Spotler?
Yes. Spotler is in the connector catalogue and in use at customers. The assistant can consult and add contacts, request the results per mailing and, if you switch it on, let an existing mailing go out.
What is the difference with the Copernica connector?
Both are Dutch platforms, but they are built differently. Copernica works with marketing databases holding profiles with subprofiles beneath them, for instance a customer's orders. Spotler works with a straightforward contact file and puts the accent on the mailing and its figures. If you use both, we set them up as separate connectors with their own rights.
Can a mailing be scheduled ahead?
Yes, you can give a moment at which the mailing should go out. That is handy for a message that has to land at a particular time without anyone sitting at a screen. Do treat it as a real send: the assistant shows the mailing, the group and the moment and prepares it only after your confirmation, and the schedule is in the log.
What figures are in the statistics for a mailing?
The results Spotler keeps per sent mailing, such as the number of recipients, the opens and the clicks. The assistant does not return them as a loose number but sets them next to earlier sends, because only then does a percentage mean something. It draws no conclusions the figures do not carry.
Can the assistant compose a new mailing?
No. Designing and writing a mailing stays in Spotler itself. The assistant can let an existing mailing go out to a group, and it can think along about the text you then put into Spotler. That keeps responsibility for the content where it belongs.
What does a Spotler connector cost?
Connecting is part of the project we run together. The work is determined by whether it stays with consulting and reporting or whether contacts may be added and mailings sent too, and by the roles that belong to that. The Spotler subscription simply continues.
How long does setting it up take?
The connector is in place quickly and a question about the latest mailing can be tested the same day. The time goes into the agreements around sending: which groups exist, who may have a send scheduled and who takes another look before the moment arrives.
