Notion can be connected to AI. The assistant searches whatever has been shared with the connector, pulls exactly the rows a question needs out of a database, reads a page and can add or update a page or a row when you ask. You set the reach in Notion itself: what you do not share, the assistant does not see.

Searching what has been shared
When nobody knows whether something sits in a database or in a loose page, the assistant searches everything shared with the connector and comes back with where it is.
Questioning a database
Out of a database it pulls the rows that belong to the question, bounded by the properties your team actually uses and in the order you want. Not a whole table, just what you asked for.
Reading a page
Once the right page is found it reads the content. For a long page it gives the core and the source, so you can click through yourself when you want the detail.
Adding a page or a row
On request it creates a new page in the place you point at. Inside a database that means one extra row, filled in according to the properties that database uses.
Updating a property
On an existing page it adjusts something like the status or the owner, and finished work can be archived. That is a change everyone in the workspace sees, so it only happens when you ask.

Switching the connector on
You grant the connector permission from your own Notion environment. That permission is yours and can be withdrawn in one move.

A connector sees nothing until you share a page or database with it. Share a parent page and everything underneath joins in. That choice is made in Notion, not with us.

What the assistant gets to see
It sees the shared pages and databases and, inside those, the rows and passages that belong to the question. A space that has not been shared does not exist for it.

What is recorded
Every consultation and every change lands in the IntraGPT log. In Notion itself the connector simply appears in the history of a new or changed page.

The connector has no access to the workspace as a whole. What nobody shares never appears in any answer. A shared page is taken back out with the same action.
Access you manage
The connector belongs to your Notion environment and can be withdrawn there. IntraGPT keeps no employee credentials.
Roles on the IntraGPT side
You decide which assistants use this source and which employees may address those assistants. An assistant for the shop floor has no business knowing the HR space.
A server of our own
The content of your pages is processed on our own server in the Netherlands. That text does not go to an American model provider and is not used for training.
What customers ask about Notion
Can I connect Notion to ChatGPT?
ChatGPT has no managed connection to your workspace and can do nothing with the sharing Notion uses. IntraGPT does work that way: the connector sees exactly the pages you share, every action is recorded, and the model runs on a server of our own.
Does IntraGPT work with Notion?
Yes. Notion is a working integration already in use at customers. The assistant searches shared pages, questions databases, reads pages and can add or update something on request. What gets shared is up to you.
Does the assistant see our whole workspace?
No, only what has explicitly been shared with the connector. That is also why a page is sometimes not found: it was never shared. Share the parent page and everything underneath joins in at once, and that is just as easily undone.
Can the assistant create or change pages itself?
Only if you switch that on, and only on an explicit request. It first shows what it wants to add or change and where it will land. Deleting is not part of it; at most it archives finished work, and that is reversible in Notion.
Our databases are set up in a very particular way, does that work?
Yes. The assistant works with the properties as your team named them, not with a standard layout we impose. It does help if the most important databases are filled in reasonably consistently; we walk through that together during setup.
Can we withdraw the connection again?
Yes, and an administrator can do it alone. You take the connector out of the shared pages or withdraw the permission in the Notion environment, and after that the assistant sees nothing. What happened until then stays readable in the log.
What does a Notion connector cost?
Connecting sits inside the project we run together. What drives the work is how many spaces and databases take part, how consistently they are filled in and whether the assistant may also write. We work that out in the first conversation.
How long does setup take?
Switching the connector on takes a few minutes. After that it is mostly a matter of walking through what gets shared; in a large workspace that is a short conversation with the owners of those spaces. Widening the reach later is always possible.
